Wow, mice with cords! My fairly new HP Touchsmart keyboard, mouse and receiver decided yesterday that they were done. In the last two days I've spent about 6 hours on the phone with support. They were all very nice to work with so that was a plus. Apparently you have to have the same issue at least 3 times before you can get anything under warranty replaced. So I reached the magic number today and will receive the replacements next Monday. In the meantime I had to buy a corded keyboard and mouse. How does anyone work with a mouse on a string?? I will be looking forward to seeing that Fed Ex guy on Monday!!
